Unlocking AcademicOpportunities
Understanding Scholarships
At St Joseph’s School, we are committed to nurturing Catholic values, academic excellence, leadership, and talent for our students. We seek to ensure every student has the opportunity to pursue a quality Catholic education, regardless of their financial circumstances. To support students through their education, we offer a number of scholarships. These scholarships recognise and reward students who demonstrate outstanding qualities and seek to assist students in reaching their career aspirations.
Scholarships are granted to applicants who can demonstrate a commitment to academic achievement, community engagement and leadership qualities in the tradition of St Joseph and St Mary of the Cross MacKillop. In the assessment process, we may also take into account financial limitations, with each applicant being evaluated on a personalised basis.
To be eligible for a scholarship, students are required to fulfill their entire academic journey at St Joseph’s School. Should a student depart or transition to another educational institution prematurely, they may be obligated to reimburse the full or part of the scholarship back to the school.
All scholarship applications close at the end of Term 1 in the year prior to commencement at the school.
